The Zinc Dust factory was established in 2014 with state-of-the-art technology, using the distillation method in compliance with ASTM D520-00, to give a perfect spherical shape and a fine & controlled particle size ideal for Zinc-rich formulations. The factories have a combined capacity of 25,000 metric tonnes per annum with a state-of-the-art QC laboratory and modern facilities to ensure consistent production of various grades of Zinc Dust and Zinc Oxide.

Zinc Dust has applications in Coatings (as Zinc-rich paints), Metallurgy, Plastics, Chemicals and Lubricants. Zinc Oxide has applications in Coatings, Ceramics, Plastics, Rubber, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals.

The organization is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 accredited and all products are REACH registered.
